Every Titan Pool Reel is designed for standard international air postage, reaching most destinations within just a few working days. Thanks to Titan’s sectional main tube, each unit ships in cartons under 120 cm (4 ft) long, avoiding oversized freight charges. Compared with one-piece or telescopic tube alternatives, this results in lower overall transport costs and super-fast delivery to more than 150 countries.

This streamlined approach also eliminates the need for regional distributors or local stockists (cutting out the usual middleman costs) and these savings are passed on directly to our customers.

Typical delivery times

We dispatch most orders within one working day and you’ll receive full tracking details as soon as your reel leaves our workshop. Typical delivery times are:

• Within Europe: 2-4 working days.
• Outside of Europe: 3-5 working days.
• Remote Locations: allow a few extra days (islands, mountain regions, etc.).

Note that actual timings can depend on customs clearance and local carrier schedules, but our couriers handle the process from door to door.

Taxes, duties, and import information

We believe in transparent pricing. Here’s how taxes and duties are handled:

• For UK customers: All prices shown include UK VAT and delivery by road to your address. No extra charges apply.
• For international customers: Prices shown include air/road postage to your location but exclude any local taxes or import duties that your country may apply. UK tax is not charged for international customers (so you don't pay tax twice). When your Titan enters your country, your customs agency may charge you:
     Local sales tax / VAT (typically about 20% but varies by country)
     Import duty (typically 0–5%)
     Carrier customs handling fee (usually around US $25)

The carrier typically handles all the customs clearance on your behalf and invoices these costs to you, ensuring a quick and straightforward process.
