Not happy? we'll sort it out

We believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we know that with even the best products, sometimes people simply don't want them or they change their minds. If when you receive your pool reel you decide you don't want it for ANY reason, simply return it to us. Once the pool reel is back with us, we will then reimburse you. Damaged in transit?

Damaged in transit? Returns Policy

All packaging used has been thoroughly tested for international transport. We also pack all parcels with the greatest of care giving every one the best possible chance of arriving safely. Despite this, very occasionally parcels get damaged. If this happens, we will put things right for you.

All we ask, is that when you receive your parcels, please check them BEFORE you sign for them as being okay. Once signed for as being okay, it becomes almost impossible to later claim for damage. If necessary, have the driver wait while you check the parcels and their contents.

If the parcels are damaged, either reject them and tell the driver you are not prepared to sign for them OR accept the parcels and record next to your signature that they are damaged. Then notify us and we'll arrange replacements. We will ask that you make the damaged parcels available for collection as we will need those back.


Broken?

If during the pool reel's life a problem occurs, simply drop us an email and we'll help put things right. Our technicians can quickly diagnose any issue and we carry a full range of spare parts should any be needed.
