About Titan Pool Reels, the Leading Pool Reel Manufacturer

Titan Pool Reels and its parent limited company is a privately owned, engineering based business located in North Hampshire in the UK.

The company was formed in 2003 and serves several sectors, including the swimming pool market.

We are a small business with less than 10 staff and we work across multiple locations. To keep our overheads and prices down, these locations include some home working for things like sales and customer support. In order to manufacture the Titan Pool Reel we utilise approximately 25 sub contract manufacturing companies from around the world who produce the parts and sub-assemblies for us, with system integration, programming, testing and quality management done here in the UK by ourselves.

With the exception of the 'off the shelf' items (like screws, batteries, etc.) the Titan Pool Reel is of our own design, and our sub-contract partners make our components exclusively for us under licence (as the design is subject to copyright).

We export approximately 95% of our products to locations outside of the UK, serving customers from all around the world. Being an online business, we primarily serve customers directly via our website, however we also work with some local swimming pool related businesses in some countries - predominantly when customers ask them to source from us along with a pool cover and installation.
